Benefits may vary based on state law.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee Supply Chain operations across a multi-state, multi-facility nonprofit healthcare system. The Regional Director of Supply Chain will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and efficient supply chain processes that support high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a proven change agent, and a collaborative partner with both clinical and administrative teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a 100% remote position.  Travel level is estimated to be 1 week every two months.  Travel level is subject to change based on organizational needs.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay range for this position is $135,580 - $203,370 annually. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Leadership & Oversight</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide system-level leadership and direction for all Supply Chain operations within assigned markets, including procedural areas, PAR and perpetual inventory management, requisitioning, receiving, bill-only processes, and vendor management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technology & Data Utilization</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leverage and oversee relevant technology and software applications to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across facilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Capital Budgeting</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, organize, and direct the capital budgeting process for the market, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and financial stewardship.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Fiscal Accountability</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain fiscal responsibility for all market Supply Chain Management departments, including monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and achieving operational targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Strategic Sourcing & Utilization</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support system-wide strategic sourcing initiatives for supplies and purchased services. Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize product utilization and support standardization efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Standardization & Cost Optimization</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on product standardization, process improvement, and cost savings — including coordination of Value Analysis activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Policy & Procedure Development</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that align with corporate directives and regulatory standards to ensure efficient, ethical, and compliant procurement practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Achieve broad stakeholder engagement by participating in cross-functional teams, promoting transparent communication, and sharing best practices that drive operational excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Talent Development & Leadership</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor, coach, and develop staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ethical conduct, and professional growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Performance Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish measurable performance goals for departments and teams, and implement actionable plans to achieve them.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years of management or supervisory experience in supply chain or purchasing</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field - or in lieu of degree, 10 years of progressive Supply Chain Management experience may be substituted</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience within a multi-facility healthcare organization</li>\n <li>2 years of experience working within a healthcare ERP system (Workday, Infor/Lawson, or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP)</li>\n</ul>",
