We are currently seeking to recruit a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3rd/4th Year Apprentice Mechanic </span>to join our dynamic, growing team based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Renault/Dacia dealership, Kinsale Road Roundabout, Ballyphehane, Cork</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Looking to move your career into next gear? Apply today to be a part of our success story.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Carry out work provided competently and within the times laid down by the Flat Rate Manual, or to time acceptable by Foreman if hourly work, or factory times not available.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure that times are recorded as requested by management.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Attend internal and external training courses, as directed by management.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Keep the place of work tidy and in a clean condition.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Advise the Workshop Foreman or Service Adviser of any additional work necessary on a car during a service.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure parts of Warranty Claims are retained and are cleaned out and drained of oil, where necessary.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure exchange parts are returned to Parts Department when required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Be prepared to work overtime, with reasonable notice, if requested by the management.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ensure that the vehicles worked on are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken of that vehicle on the premises for repair or service.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of repair, service and maintenance of vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Make full use of Special Tools, Service Test, Service Equipment and training as provided to improve customer service levels and workshop efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintain thorough and current Product Knowledge and read all Service Information and Service News bulletins as supplied by Service Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prior experience in a similar role.</span></li>\n<li><span>Currently working towards becoming a qualified automotive technician.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.</span></li>\n<li><span>Full, clean driving licence.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why work with us?</span></p>\n<p>At Kearys Motor Group we believe that recognition goes much deeper than just financial rewards.
