At Dynamic, we foster a rewarding workplace, investing in our employees with industry-leading training programs that pave the way for growth and advancement.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Consulting Engineer is responsible for sitework and building inspections for residential, commercial and industrial properties, leadership, profitability and client management for the inspections team.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensuring daily compliance and resolving daily construction related issues. </li>\n <li>Ensure quality in all inspections in an efficient manner.</li>\n <li>Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment.</li>\n <li>Provide vision and guidance to the firm in the area of inspections.</li>\n <li>Provide technical assistance to staff and clients I resolving problems.</li>\n <li>Verify that materials, equipment, and procedures are as specific for the project, as well as testing of procedure qualification test results.</li>\n <li>Building and managing client relationships.</li>\n <li>Lead projects to ensure they are on-schedule and on budget.</li>\n <li>Must have an understanding of specifications required for given projects.</li>\n <li>Communicate with clients, contractors, other inspectors and supervisors regarding specifications and qualifications</li>\n <li>Review shop drawings and onsite safety and quality of construction work per the contract specifications.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop staff.</li>\n <li>Travel to work sites.</li>\n <li>Prepare written reports in accordance with qualification tests.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering or similar discipline.</li>\n <li>10 years’ experience in inspections engineering in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>E.I.T. license required.</li>\n <li>PE license preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Independent and critical thinking abilities.</li>\n <li>The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management.</li>\n <li>Basic IT literacy and the ability to manage and communicate electronic data.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills, plus the ability to speak laterally.</li>\n <li>Self-starter who can work independently and with team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>We strive to provide a great company culture consisting of a variety of team building events: trivia nights, softball and volleyball leagues, mini golf tournaments, BBQ’s, happy hours, poker nights, catered weekly staff meetings, surfboard lending programs, and much more.
