We are looking for enthusiastic water professionals to join our team to work on a range of water related projects with a focus on sustainability and resilience to work on our projects in US.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Working within our Design &amp; Engineering teams, you'll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening public places that bring people together.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The role sits within our global business area Resilience. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations. Around the world, we’re feeling the effects climate change, rapid urbanization, loss of biodiversity. The rate at which we’re seeing large-scale, unforeseen events such as floods and wildfires, is becoming more frequent. We are here to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Preparation of Design Reports, Design calculations, loads and stresses related to different structures.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Good command on Excel, Preparation of spreadsheets for design calculation.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Supervision and guidance to Junior Engineers on various projects in line with client requirements.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Worked on water retaining structures and different concrete structures.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Provide design input to CAD/BIM and co-ordinate with CAD staff for preparation of drawings.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per the best design practice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Building a profile in the industry and keeping up to date with innovations and developments.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Compliance of Arcadis business management system.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Health &amp; Safety Management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Good communication skills.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Minimum 6 to 10 years’ experience in Structural design Engineering.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Sound technical knowledge, academically good.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Familiar with US codes, standards, and practices related to Structural Engineering.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>The Indian, British, and Euro codes will be added advantage.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Awareness of software used for Structural Engineering.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Basic knowledge of Staad Pro, AutoCAD, Etabs, Robot, Mathcad, Master series, Revit, BIM etc.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>A strong, self-motivated, and assertive person capable of working under pressure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Working in a project management role, have project management experience.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
