Improve quality, consistency, and speed of delivery.</li>\n<li><strong>Bridge design and engineering: </strong>Ensure what we design is buildable and what we build meets the design bar. Close gaps quickly.</li>\n<li><strong>Design for simplicity: </strong>Handle complex workflows by keeping the default experience clear and intuitive.</li>\n<li><strong>Raise the bar on quality: </strong>Refine interactions, states, and details. Address design and tech debt, including usability and accessibility issues.</li>\n<li><strong>Reduce system gaps: </strong>Align Figma and production.
