What You Will Do: You will actively identify and approach new potential customers through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking You will manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing – with a focus on mid-sized and large B2B companies You will present our SaaS solution with confidence, highlighting its value in helping customers achieve their business goals — both remotely and on-site You will build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and communicate effectively at C-level You will collaborate closely with our Solution Consultants to ensure a seamless and successful sales process You will consistently meet and exceed your sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth You will maintain and update sales data and reports in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) Who You Are: You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech environment You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets You possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, and are able to inspire customers at all decision-making levels You quickly grasp complex SaaS solutions and can convincingly articulate their value to customers You are proficient in using CRM systems like HubSpot and use them efficiently in your workflow You are a self-motivated team player who enjoys achieving results and closing deals You are open to remote work and willing to travel as needed You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Our Benefits: Hybrid working model with an office-first approach (60/40) after the onboarding phase Flexible working hours that support a healthy work–life balance Freedom to choose your preferred work device (macOS or Windows) Mentoring and support from competent, experienced colleagues A generous learning and development program Attractive employee referral program Competitive salary, based on your experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus for sales success Company pension plan A centrally located office in Bielefeld’s historic city center Public transport job ticket Business bike leasing options The opportunity to work remotely from abroad (workation)
