They work with attention to detail in order to ensure the property is in top condition. If you have effective time management and a positive attitude you are an ideal candidate. Must be able to work outside in unpredictable weather as this position requires a significant amount of time outside.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CLASSIFICATION: </strong>Part-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SHIFT: </strong>Monday - Friday 9 am-2 pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION: </strong>$13 per hour (Eligible for Monthly Commissions)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings</li><li>Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily</li><li>Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments</li><li>Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner</li><li>Assist in the cleaning of available units and models</li><li>Assist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems</li><li>Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor</li><li>Work on-call as scheduled, weekend shifts and overtime as necessary and approved by manager</li><li>Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
