    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior SQL & Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data and automation solutions that enable efficient business operations and informed decision-making. This role combines strong SQL Server expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to deliver end-to-end solutions, from backend data processing to user-facing applications and workflows.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into reliable, high-performance technical solutions, while ensuring data integrity, security, and maintainability.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide end-to-end SQL Server support, including development, performance tuning, testing, maintenance and documentation.</li>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain SQL solutions, including stored procedures and complex queries.</li>\n <li>Analyze and optimize existing SQL queries and execution plans to improve performance, particularly for long-running processes.</li>\n <li>Design and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Teams.</li>\n <li>Implement strong data validation, transformation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and reliability.</li>\n <li>Support the design, development, and deployment of SSIS packages using SQL Server Integration Services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay range $90,000-$110,000 per year</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base pay range for this job at the time of posting.   Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including , relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in SQL database development, maintenance, and programming.</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of best practices in IT and business operations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>\n<p>In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at LeMaitre Vascular will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
