Your role will involve managing certified payroll reports, collaborating with project managers to address any payroll-related issues and ensuring that all aspects of payroll compliance are meticulously handled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will collaborate with industry experts and committed teams who value individuality and recognize achievements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluates and submits all Certified Payroll through Company tracking tool to ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations. </li>\n <li>Supports and resolves labor compliance discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to avoid penalties for payroll or reporting non-compliance. </li>\n <li>Corresponds with subcontractors, vendors, project owners and project management team to support inquiries or issues with their Certified Payrolls to ensure timely and accurate reporting. </li>\n <li>Supports project management staff with Certified Payroll inquiries to efficiently and effectively resolve inquiries or issues. </li>\n <li>Reviews project contract specification documentation to ensure Certified Payroll process conforms to contract requirements.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.</li>\n <li>2+ years construction administrative experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset. </li>\n <li>Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Davis Bacon and Labor Laws preferred. </li>\n <li>JD Edwards system experience preferred.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $28.00/Hr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $32.00/Hr.",
