    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Role Summary:</strong><br>\n We are seeking a React Lead who can go beyond feature delivery and drive front-end platform strategy, reusable architecture, and scalability across large-scale applications.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead design and development of scalable, maintainable <strong>React-based platforms</strong></li>\n <li>Define and drive <strong>front-end architecture, standards, and best practices</strong></li>\n <li>Build and govern <strong>reusable component libraries, design systems, and design tokens</strong></li>\n <li>Enable <strong>platform thinking</strong>: shared services, modular architecture, and extensibility</li>\n <li>Mentor engineers and guide teams across multiple workstreams</li>\n <li>Collaborate with architects, product, and UX leadership on long-term vision</li>\n <li>Ensure performance, security, and scalability of front-end systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in <strong>React and modern front-end ecosystems</strong></li>\n <li>Strong expertise in <strong>architecture patterns (Micro Frontends, Monorepo, Modular UI)</strong></li>\n <li>Proven experience designing <strong>reusable UI frameworks and design systems</strong></li>\n <li>Deep understanding of <strong>state management, data fetching, and caching strategies</strong></li>\n <li>Experience working in <strong>large, distributed teams and enterprise environments</strong></li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to think beyond immediate features</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Good to Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>platform engineering / front-end platform model</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>design token frameworks and theming strategies</strong></li>\n <li>Exposure to <strong>cloud-native deployments and edge delivery (CDN-based apps)</strong></li>\n <li>Prior experience in <strong>pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated domains</strong> (optional)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Location</strong></p>\n<p>Woonsocket, Rhode Island (3 days onsite)</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
