You will enjoy applying your commercial acumen and understand the importance of meeting our financial, customer satisfaction, and other business goals.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of our Professional Services function, which includes Delivery, Strategy &amp; Design, QA, and Development. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing…</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a key member of the SLT, you will align delivery strategy with Silverstripe’s long-term vision and business goals, and participate in the wider SLT workload.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and mentor a delivery operations team including Delivery Leads, the Creative Director, and the QA Director balancing hands-on delivery support with a proactive focus on team well-being and professional growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Take ownership of optimising capacity planning, resource management, and pipeline health. You will leverage data-driven insights to provide a holistic view of delivery, ensuring all projects consistently meet time, scope and budget requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Champion Agile and Lean practices, and the uptake of rapidly-evolving AI practices, to increase project profitability, quality, and timeframes across all delivery streams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage high-level escalations and build trust with C-Suite stakeholders, ensuring our most complex engagements are set up for success.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Optimise commercial outcomes by overseeing the delivery portfolio to ensure all projects hit their financial benchmarks and KPIs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We’re looking for someone who…</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You have a track record of leading teams of leaders and role-model our principles of Positive Impact, Emotional Intelligence and Empowering Vision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You can take a complex problem and find a solution, balancing long-term business strategy with day-to-day operational needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You are an exceptional relationship builder, capable of establishing rapport and being seen as a trusted expert with senior/C-Suite customer stakeholders and navigating complex client requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You understand the financial and commercial side of delivery including utilisation, and ensuring proposals and Statements of Work are of the highest quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You are flexible and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple high-stakes customer relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced agency or vendor environment.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What skills and experience will set you apart…</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 6 years in a senior project management/programme management or delivery role within the technical/digital industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven success working in agency or vendor environments, managing high-value engagements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and a passion for lean delivery practices, and either experience and/or strong interest in applying AI to speed up web/software development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A strong understanding of the web industry and its future direction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with government procurement and large-scale digital transformations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience of meeting financial KPIs and ensuring the overall profitability </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Natural leader of people, inspiring and supporting the team’s growth and well-being </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ideally possess proven experience in a Senior Leadership role, with the ability to navigate organisational breadth with alignment with broader business objectives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At Silverstripe, we’re passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity.
