The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a technical creator — comfortable shooting with professional camera equipment and editing polished, platform-ready content using professional editing software.</p>\n<p>This position will work closely with our creative, social, and editorial teams to concept, shoot, and edit video content that drives engagement, builds brand presence, and supports client campaigns.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>Content Creation &amp; Production</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other emerging social platforms</li>\n<li>Capture high-quality footage using professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups</li>\n<li>Produce stylistic, visually engaging content that aligns with platform trends and brand aesthetics</li>\n<li>Execute quick-turn content for social channels while maintaining strong visual quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Editing &amp; Post-Production</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit video content using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)</li>\n<li>Add music, motion graphics, captions, and platform-specific formatting for social distribution</li>\n<li>Optimize videos for vertical formats (9:16) and platform performance</li>\n<li>Manage media files, project organization, and post-production workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Creative Development</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify emerging social media trends and translate them into brand-relevant content concepts</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the social and creative teams on content ideas, shot lists, and production planning</li>\n<li>Contribute to ongoing series concepts, episodic content, and campaign storytelling</li>\n</ul>\n<p>On-Site Content Capture</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Film content during shoots, events, influencer activations, and in-studio productions</li>\n<li>Capture both planned and spontaneous behind-the-scenes moments for social storytelling</li>\n<li>Work efficiently in fast-paced production environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years experience creating social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar platforms</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)</li>\n<li>Advanced editing skills using professional software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of social media trends, pacing, and storytelling formats</li>\n<li>Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual style</li>\n<li>Ability to execute both highly produced and quick-turn content</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience creating content in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or creator space</li>\n<li>Basic motion graphics and text animation skills</li>\n<li>Familiarity with color grading and sound editing</li>\n<li>Experience working with influencers or talent on camera</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Attributes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly creative with a strong aesthetic point of view</li>\n<li>Social-native mindset — understands what performs on TikTok and Instagram</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong production discipline</li>\n<li>Adaptable and able to move quickly from concept to execution</li>\n</ul>",
