Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network </li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level </li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay rate - $30.15/ hr</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MUST HAVE CLASS A OR B CDL WITH PASSENGER AND AIRBRAKE ENDORSEMENT.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>As an Airport Shuttle Driver, you will provide efficient and friendly service and have the responsibility of ensuring our passengers, crew and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft. </li>\n <li>Responsible for operating shuttle vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions.</li>\n <li>Shuttles are driven in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipment.</li>\n <li>Airport shuttles may have a gross weight of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs.</li>\n <li>Miscellaneous duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18 </li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent </li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state commercial driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role</p></li>\n <li>Active USDOT medical certification</li>\n <li>Other license endorsements may be required in some states </li>\n <li>Current Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) medical certificate is required, where applicable </li>\n <li>Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs. </li>\n <li>Willing and able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off </li>\n <li>Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary </li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language </li>\n <li>One year of previous customer service experience preferred </li>\n <li>Previous working experience transporting passengers preferred </li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand Spanish (in some locations) preferred </li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy </li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated </li>\n <li>Must be able to successfully clear both a non-DOT/DOT pre-employment drug screening and driving history check in accordance to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
