This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with glazing, construction, or skilled trade experience—or those looking to grow into a specialized trade.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install commercial glass, aluminum storefronts, doors, and windows</li>\n<li>Work as part of a crew on active construction sites</li>\n<li>Follow jobsite safety procedures and company standards</li>\n<li>Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Travel to project sites across the Midwest (home on weekends)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">one or more</span> of the following is preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial glazing or glass installation</li>\n<li>General construction</li>\n<li>Skilled trades (carpentry, roofing, drywall, framing, etc.)<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No glazing experience?
