Lead Psychiatric Clinician

Compensation & Benefits $190,000–$200,000 (Base + Bonus) Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA 401(k) with match Annual CEU budget of $1,500 annually Admin, billing and marketing support PTO + 10 paid holidays Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short & long-term disability Life insurance Office space SIGN ON or RELOCATION AVAILABLE What You Bring Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in at least one of DC, MD, or VA ; willing and able to cross-license Eligible for DEA registration in DC, MD, and VA without restriction. Active NPI number Experience in direct clinical care 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Strong performance management and data-driven mindset An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment What You’ll Do You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care , with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs .
