Our 24/7 detoxification program provides compassionate, structured support for individuals beginning their recovery journey. We meet clients where they are, offering safe, trauma-informed care, guidance, and resources to help them stabilize and take the next step toward long-term recovery. The Role As a Residential Service Coordinator II (RSC II), you will be a key point of support for individuals entering and progressing through the detox program. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, client-centered, and committed to supporting individuals in early recovery. Your Role in Supporting Recovery Welcome and orient clients to the detox program and complete intake assessments across various shifts. Monitor clients’ physical, emotional, and behavioral status, conducting routine safety checks and reporting significant changes to clinical staff. Implement detox protocols and treatment plans in collaboration with medical and clinical staff, including supervised medication support and accurate documentation. Maintain a safe, structured, and culturally responsive environment by reinforcing program expectations and daily routines. Connect clients to internal and external resources based on individual needs, including medical, housing, employment, and recovery services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to address barriers to progress using a solution-focused approach. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with program, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements. Educate clients on substance use disorders, recovery resources, and coping strategies to support transitions to ongoing care. Desirable Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. RADT registration or equivalent certification (e.g., CAADAC, CADC) through an approved Alcohol and Other Drug certifying body. Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing direct support to individuals in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, residential programs, social services, or related field. Comfort working in residential, 24/7, or crisis-response environments. Experience working with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness or co-occurring disorders, is a plus Work Schedule This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.
