Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment.</li>\n <li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.</li>\n <li>Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.</li>\n <li>Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.</li>\n <li>Promotes gaming events and promotions.</li>\n <li>May have to process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean and stocked workstation.</li>\n <li>Complies with state, company, and department policies and regulations.</li>\n <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain a seating chart at the direction of your supervisor or manager.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring rotation is done correctly.</li>\n <li>Utilize Host Concepts software to ensure fairness and accuracy in seating.</li>\n <li>Utilize the ACES Service Guidelines, seating and offering a warm and friendly farewell.</li>\n <li>Roll silverware and clean during down time.</li>\n <li>Perform opening and closing side work at the direction of your supervisor or manager.</li>\n <li>Help team members ensure guest is served in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Serve tables, clearing tables, expediting and running food when needed.</li>\n <li>Assist with bussing tables. </li>\n <li>Keeping the restaurant and host stand clean, organized and sanitized.</li>\n <li>Must be able to understand and articulate the menu to guests.</li>\n <li>Will work special events, as needed.</li>\n <li>Other duties, as needed.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 19 years of age</li>\n <li>Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.</li>\n <li>Must understand and the menu.</li>\n <li>Must enjoy hosting others.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.</li>\n <li>Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.</li>\n <li>Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work as a team.</li>\n <li>Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a background check.</li>\n <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.</li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable and capable learning new software.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
