    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY &amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES</u>:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for the planning and preparation of production programs for the manufacture of industrial products to monitor the master plan through the issuance of operations and materials to meet the level of delivery required by the customer. Optimizing the production and investment efficiencies of Inventory.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and prepare production schedules for the manufacture of products in the assigned areas in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Level production to achieve the optimal use of both material resources and man-hours.</li>\n <li>Responsible directly for the control of shop orders within the production floor and changes of orders of the assigned areas, participating in daily meetings with production.</li>\n <li>Expedites operations and/or materials that are delaying production according to conditions preventing meeting the promised date</li>\n <li>Prepare daily, weekly and monthly planning reports.</li>\n <li>KPIs maintenance in Tier meeting&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Gemba Walks</li>\n <li>Participate in Kaizen events&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Efficient with minimal supervision&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.</li>\n <li>Analysis, Solving Problems and Making Decisions</li>\n <li>Must be action-oriented with an eye for finding opportunity and solving problems.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Performs with a high sense of urgency</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>(education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations/certifications).</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or supply chain.</li>\n <li>At a minimum of three (5) years of planning of a manufacturing operation experience.</li>\n <li>Self-starter.
