Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.</li><li>Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.</li><li>Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.</li><li>Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.</li><li>Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.</li><li>Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.</li><li>Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.</li></ul>",
