We are proud to be part of a dedicated team committed to increasing access to mental health care and changing the lives of our clients for the better.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Do</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clinical Associates at Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) are responsible for&nbsp;assisting clients in meeting overall goals as identified in their treatment plan within a multi-disciplinary team approach. Services may be conducted in office and/or in the community based off the individuals needs identified in the treatment plan, to include individual/group skill building and providing case management for coordination of care addressing areas of management of daily routine, employment, housing, transportation, resources, and medical management.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Alaska Behavioral Health is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network site and training hub for childhood mental health and trauma treatment. The successful applicant has an opportunity for training in evidenced-based intervention training.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The position of Clinical Associate is divided into three (3) levels of responsibility and independence depending on education and relevant experience as well as the applicant&rsquo;s ability to take on responsibilities.
