The individual needs to be flexible to changing needs of our growing company. Cross training, computer skills and time management skills are essential.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">SCHEDULE</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Monday-Friday (first and second shifts), full-time, non-exempt</span></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUTGOING INSPECTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Verify the item and color is the same as the item and color on the Final Layout</li><li>The imprint is located in the same position as the Final Layout</li><li>The imprint is straight, clear, legible</li><li>The imprint color matches the Final Layout color listed and PMS Book if applicable</li></ul><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RETURNS INSPECTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform initial inspection of inventory and sample product according to AQL</li><li>Complete inspection forms</li><li>Identify any/all defective product issues with returned merchandise</li><li>Verify the item and color is the same as the item and color on the Final Layout</li><li>The imprint is located in the same position as the Final Layout</li><li>The imprint is straight, clear, legible</li><li>All other tasks assigned</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT WE&#39;RE LOOKING FOR</span></strong></p><ul><li>Able to inspect product accurately and provide effective analysis of defective pieces.</li><li>Able to provide accurate reports and update information in the system if applicable.</li><li>Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all appropriate functions.</li><li>Able to work cooperatively, collaboratively, and individually.</li><li>Able to stay calm and patient amidst potentially stressful situations.</li><li>Model appropriate attitude and behavior and maintain a positive outlook.</li><li>Acts in accordance with all company policies</li><li>Good attendance is required</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Some experience in quality/inspections preferred</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong></p><p>In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
