With its state-of-the-art technology, Curiox is setting new standards, making advanced sample preparation accessible to every researcher and enhancing overall data quality and productivity for researchers globally.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION OVERVIEW and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on all Curiox systems. Provide support to the FAS and FSE members worldwide by responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner and provide on-site (US, EMEAI, APAC) support as needed.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>In collaboration with FAS, FSE and Sales staff worldwide, ensure the ticketing system is up to date and is accurately reflected with customer information in HubSpot.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Analyze and repair defective instruments returned from the field and produce failure analysis report. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Repair, validate and maintain a fleet of stand-by (“loaner”) systems to ensure systems are consistently operational and capable of quick deployment. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Schedules Preventative Maintenance through HubSpot. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Provide excellent customer support by providing customers with training and technical support for installed instruments. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Maintain knowledge of all instruments and applications.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Document and report all repairs, product failures, and other field service paperwork in HubSpot through ticketing system. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Manage and update service forms (PMs, IOQs, etc.) to reflect product changes as they occur. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Serves as point person for worldwide maintenance questions and/or issues. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Provide feedback with design change in conjunction with R&amp;D, Operations, and production. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Identify Field Service opportunities/potentials for future business and communicate this to FSE manager, Sales Team and field ops.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Performs other duties as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>A minimum of 1 years’ experience working with, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems involving fluidics and electronics. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>A minimum of 1 years’ experience working with integrated robotic systems, robotic arms/plate handlers, and automation workflow software.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a laboratory/scientific environment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical problems. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to solve challenging problems in a fast-paced work environment. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail, strong work ethic and initiative. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to work independently, and as part of a group, to accomplish individual and team objectives. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment, including flexibility with schedule and function. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Technical proficiency in instrumentation and electronics. </span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to effectively communicate with employees worldwide.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Expected travel up to approximately 75%, including overnight travel and international travel.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years programming and/or operating automated laboratory scientific equipment is highly desirable. In particular, scripting assays for Liquid Handlers (Hamilton, Tecan etc.).</li>\n<li>Experience with programming languages and computer knowledge is preferred.</li>\n<li>2+ years’ experience installing liquid handlers and the process of importing/exporting methods to multiple systems.</li>\n<li><br>Experience in a high client-facing role.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Ability to perform tasks wearing appropriate or required PPE, which may include but is not limited to hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite toe shoes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Regularly required to crouch or bend and reach to install and move equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>",
