schedules and performs routine repair work or parts replacement.\\n\\tMonitors and maintains accurate records on preventive maintenance/repair work completed.\\n\\tResponds as needed to emergency situations requiring maintenance and repair work.\\n\\tPerforms other related duties as assigned.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:&nbsp;
