WEG Coatings is made up of a talented, versatile team focused on continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Job Description:</u> Production employees may work in our Large Coil or Small Coil Departments. Within each department, employees will learn a variety of stations which may include crating or uncrating customer equipment, surface preparation, dipping coils into a large dip tank, spraying coils, and straightening fins. Employees will be trained on each task. Specific responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Placing caps on open coil tubes</li><li>Straightening fins on metals coils</li><li>Dipping customer coils into coatings in a large tank</li><li>Running overhead cranes/hoist with hand-held remote to raise and lower coils into etching &amp; degreasing tanks and dip tanks.</li><li>Spraying coils with primer and/or Coatings</li><li>Unpacking equipment from customers, matching paperwork, and assigning receiver numbers</li><li>Moving coils on carts into ovens</li><li>Inspecting coils for even coats of paint</li><li>Moving drums into the department</li><li>Cleaning, as needed</li><li>Maintaining a safe working environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Position Benefits:</u></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation with bonus potential</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance: medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life, and HSA, FSA</li><li>401(k) with Company match</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li></ul>",
