This role works closely with the lead Dairy Herdsman and plays a key part in maintaining herd health, supporting calf care, and ensuring the overall functionality of the dairy.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a commitment to animal care. While prior cattle experience is helpful, it is not required - we are willing to train the right individual with the right mindset.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Assist with daily herd management and support the lead Dairy Herdsman in overall dairy operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and help treat cattle for health-related issues, including illness and injury</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Support calf care, including feeding, monitoring, and early-stage health needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Identify and escalate cow and calf health concerns in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Serve as a shift lead when needed, helping guide daily workflow and priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Oversee cleaning and sanitation of dairy facilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Assist with maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment, including robotic milking systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">Schedule will rotate with the supervisor to ensure consistent coverage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-size: 10pt\">One team member must always be available/on-call - this role requires flexibility and strong communication to coordinate coverage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67);
