IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Check out <u>istmanagement.com</u> for more info on us! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>The Part Time Customer Service Representative will be responsible for package and mail delivery in a campus environment.</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Mail Operations</strong> - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures</li>\n <li><strong>Package Operations - </strong>Sort, tag and deliver incoming packages</li>\n <li><strong>Customer Service</strong> - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety procedures</li>\n <li>Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager</li>\n <li>Participate in cross-training </li>\n <li>Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and computers:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver's License required</li>\n <li>Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li>\n <li>Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task effectively; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy</li>\n <li>Lifting up to 55 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p>IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
