This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager and VP of Finance, and as the candidate and company continue to grow, this role provides a clear path for advancement. The foundation of our business is built on the relationships we have with our residents, employees and investors. Accordingly, candidates must have a high degree of emotional intelligence and be able to communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Financial Reporting: Leading the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).</p><p>Month-End Close: Overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes, including performing complex account reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, and analyzing variances.</p><p>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to address financial issues, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Salary: $75,000+ based on experience</p><p>Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: Frisco, TX</p><p>Physical setting: In Office</p><p>Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm</p><p>Education: Bachelor's (Required)</p><p>Experience: Accounting: 3+ years (Preferred)</p><p>License/Certification: CPA Candidate (Preferred)</p>",
