Execute full lifecycle fundraising, including prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Bring a long-term, strategic perspective to portfolio management, aligning partnerships to broader organizational priorities and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new corporate funders aligned with iMentor’s priorities. Lead annual forecasting and reforecasting for your portfolio and pipeline; track progress against goals and adjust strategy as needed. Maintain accurate CRM records and partner with Development Operations to support reporting and performance tracking. Corporate Partnership Development & Stewardship Identify and engage new corporate prospects through research, outreach, and networking. With support from Corporate Development Manager, develop tailored concepts, proposals, pitches, and partnership strategies that align corporate philanthropic priorities with iMentor’s programs and impact, while creating opportunities for deeper, multi-dimensional engagement across employee engagement, brand visibility, strategic communications, and potential earned revenue opportunities. Structure and negotiate philanthropic partnerships, including grants and sponsorships and select fee-for-service opportunities. Lead stewardship and benefits fulfillment for corporate partners, ensuring a high-quality and consistent partner experience. Oversee delivery of corporate benefits, including volunteer engagement, event activations, and corporate trainings, in collaboration with internal teams. Represent iMentor externally at meetings, events, and industry convenings. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Grants Management Partner closely with Program, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Research & Evaluation and Development Operations teams to scope partnerships, develop budgets, and define impact metrics. Lead grants management and compliance for your portfolio, ensuring deliverables, reporting, and timelines are met in coordination with internal stakeholders. Monitor progress against grant commitments and proactively address risks or challenges. Coordinate internally to ensure strong execution of partnerships and alignment across teams. Collaborate with colleagues across Institutional Giving to align on shared accounts and strategy, including board leadership, fundraising events, and more. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a focus on corporate partnerships, institutional giving, or related areas. Proven success managing a portfolio and meeting revenue goals in the $2–3 million range. Experience securing and managing corporate gifts, grants, or sponsorships in the $50,000 - $500,000 range.
