font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Basic Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">At least twenty-one (21) years of age.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">High School Diploma or equivalent, with minimum four years of related experience in the maintenance industry.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Certification / Licensure and experience in assigned maintenance field (ex: Automotive, HVAC, Masonry)</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Valid PA driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations as they relate to the maintenance industry.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to work with all types of piping (pvc, copper, black iron, etc.) and the necessary tools required by each type.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to work with various electrical voltages (120, 208, 12, 277) in the various phases (single and three phase).</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
