You will ensure operational financial control, liquidity oversight, and governance, while also supporting management with high-quality financial analysis, planning, and strategic insight.</span></span><br>You will supervise a Finance Analyst (Junior) and operate within a centralised, scalable finance function, reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance Operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily liquidity across banks, acquirers, exchanges, and wallets, including funding requirements and liquidity forecasting,<span> </span><span style=\"color: rgb(23, 52, 4)\">with full awareness of safeguarding and settlement obligations under applicable payment licences.</span><br></li>\n<li>Approve and supervise fund transfers between banks, exchanges, and wallets.</li>\n<li>Own month-end financial data integrity, including review and approval of postings across acquirers, banks, exchanges, wallets, and data warehouse.</li>\n<li>Review and approve reconciliations (banks, exchanges, wallets, clearing accounts), investigate discrepancies, and ensure completeness and accuracy prior to reporting.</li>\n<li>Act as bank payment approver and maintain strong segregation of duties.</li>\n<li>Oversee and control access rights across financial platforms.</li>\n<li>Identify, mitigate, and escalate liquidity, operational,<span> </span><span style=\"color: rgb(23, 52, 4)\">and regulatory</span><span> </span>risks.<br></li>\n<li>Deliver monthly management reporting with accurate and timely financial and performance analysis.</li>\n<li>Provide clear variance analysis vs budget and forecast, including actionable recommendations.</li>\n<li>Monitor overheads versus budget and partner with budget owners to drive cost discipline.</li>\n<li>Support Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting, and Long-Term Planning.</li>\n<li>Act as the interface between local operations and Group Finance, ensuring alignment with group processes, controls, and reporting standards.</li>\n<li>Support implementation and continuous improvement of finance systems and data architecture.</li>\n<li>Drive automation of high-volume processes (e.g. reconciliations, transaction matching, postings), reducing manual effort and operational risk.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the standardisation and optimisation of month-end close processes across the group.</li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity across systems, from source transaction flows through to reporting outputs.</li>\n<li>Support development and enhancement of reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and BI solutions.</li>\n<li>Participate in and contribute to group-wide finance transformation initiatives.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain product unit economics and customer profitability analysis.</li>\n<li>Perform segmental and margin analysis, including pricing reviews and transaction mix evaluation.</li>\n<li>Provide financial evaluation of contractual terms and pricing strategies.</li>\n<li>Act as a proactive finance business partner, collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and drive sustainable financial performance.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span> <span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 44, 83)\"><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 51, 50)\">5+ years of experience in Financial Control, FinOps, or FP&amp;A,</span><span> </span><span style=\"color: rgb(23, 52, 4)\">ideally within fintech, payments, or crypto-asset businesses.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 44, 83)\"><span style=\"color: rgb(23, 52, 4)\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of European financial regulation, with hands-on experience working directly with regulators.</span></span></span></li>\n<li>Strong experience in liquidity management, reconciliations, and month-end close.</li>\n<li>Proven experience operating in high-volume transactional environments with focus on scalability and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.</li>\n<li>Experience with product profitability, margin, or pricing analysis.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with finance systems, process improvement, and automation initiatives.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Power BI or similar).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data flows across systems and ability to ensure data integrity.</li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.</li>\n<li>High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.<br></li>\n<li><span><span><span style=\"color: rgb(23, 52, 4);
