This role is based in Waterloo, Ontario, with flexibility to work from our GTA offices.</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">This position requires a balance of <strong>project leadership and concept development through detailed design, procurement, and construction support</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines, ensuring design integration, technical alignment, and constructability across all project phases</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Serve as the primary client interface, acting as both <strong>Project Manager and trusted technical advisor</strong>, maintaining clear communication and alignment on project objectives</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, process, structural, and architectural disciplines, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Establish and maintain manufacturing projects within an engineering or professional services environment</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Post-secondary education in Mechanical, Process, Chemical Engineering, Management, or a related technical discipline</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Demonstrated leadership on complex, multidisciplinary projects, including coordination across multiple engineering and architectural disciplines</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Strong understanding of design processes, technical integration, risk management, and quality assurance/quality control systems</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Experience delivering projects with or for <strong>Defence Construction Canada (DCC), Department of National Defence (DND), PSPC</strong>, or similar defence organizations is strongly preferred</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Experience in advanced manufacturing, defence manufacturing, or regulated industrial environments is an
