This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware graduate with strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills to develop within a fast-paced technology business.</p>\n<p>If you are confident working with data, comfortable handling detail, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking a capable and detail-focused Graduate Pricing Executive to support the management and development of our pricing processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Sales, Product, Procurement, Legal, and Partner teams to ensure our pricing remains accurate, competitive, and easy to use. From maintaining price books and supporting quoting activities to analysing competitor pricing and helping launch new products, you’ll play an important role in supporting the commercial success of the business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role would suit a graduate with strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to work with pricing, commercial information, and internal stakeholders from an early stage.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is based in our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities of the role…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pricing Management:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update direct and indirect price books to ensure they remain accurate and up to date</li>\n<li>Support quarterly pricing reviews and internal approval processes</li>\n<li>Ensure pricing information is correctly reflected within internal systems and tools</li>\n<li>Assist with the implementation of pricing updates across the business</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial Analysis:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support competitor and regional pricing analysis</li>\n<li>Assist with the pricing of new products, features, and services</li>\n<li>Provide ad hoc pricing support for bespoke customer requirements</li>\n<li>Work with Procurement teams to obtain supplier pricing and apply agreed commercial margins</li>\n<li>Support reporting on discounting, pricing performance, and actual sales pricing achieved</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Partner Support:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Sales teams to ensure pricing is applied correctly within customer quotations</li>\n<li>Provide pricing updates and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Support the communication of pricing changes to Sales teams, partners, and customers</li>\n<li>Review quotations and sales orders to ensure pricing accuracy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of Content Guru’s products and pricing structures</li>\n<li>Work closely with Product Managers to understand future product developments and commercial requirements</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Legal teams to ensure pricing changes are reflected appropriately within contractual arrangements</li>\n<li>Build effective working relationships across multiple departments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Improvement &amp; Governance:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong control processes to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and documentation</li>\n<li>Support the continuous improvement of pricing governance across the business</li>\n<li>Ensure pricing records, exceptions, and supporting documentation remain current</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related subject</li>\n<li>Strong numerical and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to self-check work accurately</li>\n<li>Confident working with spreadsheets, data, and commercial information</li>\n<li>Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>\n<li>Clear and professional communication skills</li>\n<li>Confidence interacting with colleagues across different teams and levels of the organisation</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient approach</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a commercial, pricing, telecommunications, or analytical role would be advantageous</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Company…</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Content Guru is the largest privately owned provider of Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) in Europe.
