This is a great chance to gain real-world experience in project management, vendor coordination, and site oversight while working alongside our General Contractor.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with ongoing projects and day-to-day coordination tasks</li>\n<li>Help manage vendor schedules to ensure proper sequencing of work</li>\n<li>Support the bid process and vendor communications</li>\n<li>Assist with purchase orders (POs), including tracking, approvals, and budget vs. actual monitoring</li>\n<li>Conduct general site inspections to ensure work is completed accurately</li>\n<li>Participate in stormwater inspections (SWPPP) and compliance activities</li>\n<li>Provide support wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current student (preferred fields: Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related)</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Must be 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This internship offers valuable exposure to real project environments and the opportunity to build practical skills that will support your future career.</p>",
