    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Join a great team where our residents and patients are at the heart of everything we do!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking a <strong>Registered Dietitian</strong> for a full time position at Community Memorial Hospital, a 28-bed critical access hospital located in the beautiful village of <strong>Hamilton, NY</strong><strong>.  </strong>Community Memorial Hospital is located<strong> </strong>near Colgate University, an hour from Utica and Syracuse, NY<strong>.  </strong>The selected candidate will oversee the clinical program at Community Memorial Hospital as well as Crouse Community Center, a nearby 120-bed skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will spend approx. 50% of your time providing direct patient care. This position is open to new or experienced candidates and offers remote flexibility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Start with 3 weeks’ vacation and 3 personal days!</p>\n<p>One virtual day per weekReimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal</p>\n<p>Professional growth via Sodexo's Career LadderMoney toward continuing education eventsUp to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>offer compassionate care to patients in the acute, subacute and long term care setting;</li>\n <li>train, mentor and supervise four diet techs and serve as a hands-on leader in the Food & Nutrition Department;</li>\n <li>provide day-to-day management of the clinical nutrition program across two facilities;</li>\n <li>support ongoing Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;</li>\n <li>provide training and education to department staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals;</li>\n <li>collaborate with the food service operations team regarding meal provision and menu management; and</li>\n <li>ensure DOH/State/Federal and company standards are being upheld.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
