    "description": "<h2>Position Description</h2>\n<p><strong>At a Glance</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Legrand </strong>has an exciting opportunity for an Intern to join the Finelite Team in Union City, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will be part of the Production/Engineer team and work on / be involved with documenting current and new processes via operational methods sheets (work instructions) to provide standardization and consistency, assist with weekly factory-wide training to topics such as 5S factory practices or tailored projects that require special management, lean out existing manufacturing process in order to reduce waste, time and non-value-added tasks.
