This position involves taking incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting outside salesmen. This employee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma/GED Required; Bachelors degree preferred</li><li>Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience</li><li>ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred</li><li>Construction/Industrial Background, A Plus</li><li>Expediting, Order Entry, and Purchasing Experience, A Plus</li></ul><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Willingness to learn and grow with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor</li><li>Comfortability making cold calls and talking to new people</li><li>Excellent ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer-centric attitude and a commitment to company values</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Dependability to be consistently at work and on time</li><li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM</li><li>Close visual acuity and upper limb coordination</li><li>Ability to sit for extended periods during normal phase duties</li><li>Light/medium (5-25 lbs.) lifting capability during normal phase duties</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Handle customer orders and phone calls; assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management.</li><li>Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.</li><li>Enters sales orders and applicable production data.</li><li>Confirms processing costs and processing orders.</li><li>Tracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.</li><li>Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders</li></ul><p><em>*Excellent benefits include medical with a standard PPO plan with deductibles as low as $1,500 and wellness credit up to $750; free concierge primary care; voluntary 401k plan currently matching up to 12%; voluntary dental and vision plans; free telemedicine services; basic life, long and short term disability coverage.</em></p><p><em>EOE M/F/D/V</em></p><p><em><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\" data-pasted=\"true\">#IND11</span></em></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
