    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies</li><li>Load trucks and secure product in accordance with customer requirements</li><li>Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device</li><li>Monitor material usage on work floor and supply production lines with raw materials</li><li>Weigh materials or products and record results on tags, labels, or production schedules</li><li>Keep production lines supplied with raw materials</li><li>Inventory product as needed. And label, sort, wrap and tie product</li><li>Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device</li><li>Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the warehouse</li><li>Communicate with floor lead – maintenance issues, downtime, production issues, unacceptable or non-conforming loads, poor bale quality, or any other issues with material being handled</li><li>Meet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines</li><li>Special projects as business dictate</li><li>Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Must be 18 years of age</li><li>Must have earned a High School Diploma, GED, required schooling, qualifying experience or skills</li><li>Machine Operator experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team-oriented and self-directed</li><li>Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and to the safety regulations</li><li>Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base profile (below) for this position</li><li>Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job</li><li>Must be able to perform all the job functions safely</li><li>Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified</li><li>Must agree to wear the proper assigned PPE and shoes approved for this job as specified in Contact and Safety Requirements</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
