    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hydraulics International is seeking a Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure on-time delivery, efficient material flow, and optimized manufacturing capacity. This role works closely with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, inventory control, and sales teams to support production requirements and customer demand.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Review customer orders, forecasts, and production demand requirements.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Create and maintain production schedules based on capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Analyze Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and manufacturing requirements.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Release and manage work orders for fabrication, machining, assembly, and related operations.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and shortages.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and scheduling conflicts; develop corrective actions.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Maintain ERP/MRP system data including job orders, lead times, and planning parameters.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Communicate production priorities and schedule changes to internal departments.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Track and report key production metrics including on-time delivery, backlog, and schedule attainment.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of production planning or manufacturing planning experience preferred.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Experience in a manufacturing environment required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling processes.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Ability to read and understand Bills of Material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard business software.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull;
