Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the planning, design, and execution of water resource projects including hydrology, hydraulics, conveyance, storage, groundwater, and water/wastewater treatment</li>\n <li>Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and prepare technical reports, design documents, and permit applications</li>\n <li>Manage regulatory compliance and permitting processes at federal, state, and local levels</li>\n <li>Review project details to identify and proactively manage risks</li>\n <li>Evaluate site conditions and design systems to perform under environmental and operational demands</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients, municipal authorities, contractors, and vendors</li>\n <li>Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet established goals</li>\n <li>Contribute to the preparation of proposals, scopes, and fees in collaboration with team members</li>\n <li>Review work prepared by engineering staff and provide direction as needed</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</li>\n <li><p>Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Oklahoma; eligible to pursue Professional Engineer licensure in Texas</p></li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resources engineering</li>\n <li>Knowledge of civil engineering practices and principles with awareness of current industry trends</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of engineering project management methods including time, cost, and resource planning</li>\n <li>Knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety standard</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels</li>\n <li>Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
