    "description_html": "<p>Magnify of Central Florida is seeking a dependable, people-focused Supported Employment Specialist to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in finding and maintaining employment within the community.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on, direct-service role that works directly with clients in real workplace settings throughout the community. The position focuses on job coaching, employment support, employer communication, and helping individuals succeed in competitive employment environments. This is not primarily a clinical, counseling, or office-administration role.</p><p><br></p><p>WHAT YOU’LL DO<br>• Assist individuals with disabilities in preparing for employment opportunities<br>• Help with resumes, applications, interviewing, and workplace readiness<br>• Provide job coaching and on-site support at community job locations<br>• Support individuals during onboarding and training periods<br>• Build positive relationships with local employers and community partners<br>• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing employment-retention support<br>• Complete required documentation and service notes<br>• Travel between employer locations, client sites, and community settings throughout the workday</p>",
