font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications</span></li>\n<li><span>Settlement of warranty receivables, with collection of payments and resubmission of rejected claims promptly  </span></li>\n<li><span>Process all retail, warranty and internal repair orders into the system, while verifying the accuracy, and creating work order requests to complete repairs.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Organize with outside vendors and manufacturers to order replacement parts and track delivery and receipt  </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain knowledge of any and all recalls on products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Excellent customer service skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous service advisor and/or warranty experience is considered an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
