We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deal games efficiently and professionally, ensuring that all payoffs are accurate and maintain the integrity of the games.</li>\n <li>Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.</li>\n <li>Maintain the integrity of the games.</li>\n <li>Gather collection accurately and place in the drop box.</li>\n <li>Ascertain the value of the hand and announce it clearly to determine “win”, “lose” or “push”.</li>\n <li>Pay off according to procedure set forth by the Casino.</li>\n <li>Inform the Floorperson of any suspicious or unusual activity.</li>\n <li>Assist the players in setting their hands when requested.</li>\n <li>Ensure that no second language is spoken at the table, during the play of the hand.</li>\n <li>Be aware of all wagering activity.</li>\n <li>Be aware of empty seats at your table and inform the Floorperson.</li>\n <li>Attend meetings on time and in full uniform ready to work, no exceptions.</li>\n <li>Call the Floorperson immediately for all gaming disputes.</li>\n <li>Must be able to clearly articulate to a Floorperson any incidents that may occur at the gaming table.</li>\n <li>Comply with the procedures set forth in the “Cal Games Dealer Procedure Guide”.</li>\n <li>Must be able to learn and deal new games as required. </li>\n <li>Remember you have the players’ attention for the full time you are dealing the game, so do your best to make a lasting impression.</li>\n <li>Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please note that this is a dual position for Cal Dealer and Poker Dealer. The primary position would be Cal Dealer, and would deal Poker when needed. </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year + experience at another card club</li>\n <li>Must be able to make change using American Monetary units</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena PD Work Permit</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or general education degree</li>\n <li>Dealer School Completion</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REASONING ABILITY</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to read, write, and speak English</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management </li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dealer School Completion</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires standing for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Work in an enclosed and busy area</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 12 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adult content environment</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions</li>\n</ul>",
