          "text": "<p><b>Job Title: Warehouse/Yard Material Handler</b></p><p><b>Duration: Long Term</b></p><p><b>Work Location: All Over United States (Multiple Positions)</b></p><p><b>Pay Rate: $10.00/hr</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b></b></p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p>Prepares rental equipment orders for shipment and processes returns. Loads, unloads and moves material within or near plant, yard, or worksite by hand and lift truck.</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Reads work orders/shipping orders and follows verbal instructions to locate product in warehouse/rental yard.</li><li>Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, trays, racks and shelves using forklift, hand truck or by hand.</li><li>Loads material into vehicles and prepares with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage during transit</li><li>Uses safe material handling procedures when lifting, or moving equipment and material or when directing movement.</li><li>Attaches identifying tags, or labels to material or packaging containers.</li><li>Stacks and assembles material and equipment into bundles and uses banding, skids, and containers appropriately.</li><li>Cleans products, materials, equipment and yard area to keep free of debris.</li><li>Inspects and prepares products, equipment and hardware for re-stocking and re-rental by cleaning, and repairing to standard.</li><li>May use form cleaning machinery and/or power and hand tools in renovating forms as needed.</li><li>Maintains accurate inventory counts and location status of inventory; maintains inventory in a neat and orderly manner.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><b>EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p><b></b></p><ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must have the ability to read, write, and understand English.</li><li>Must be a trained and certified forklift operator, with a current/valid license.</li><li>Ability to use basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, and counting.</li><li>Must have a minimum of one (1) year prior rental/warehouse/distribution material handler experience.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and use all safety operating procedures and equipment.</li><li>Ability to operate air tools and hand tools; and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.</li><li>PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:</li><li>Requires ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, and climb.</li><li>Warehouse/Yard Material Handler - Rental</li><li>Must lift objects and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.</li><li>PPE hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat and safety steel toe shoes are required.</li><li>Exposed to outside inclement weather conditions including rain, heat, cold, and snow.</li><li>Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.</li></ul><p><b><span>PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:</span></b><span></span></p><ul><li><span>Requires ability to walk, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist, and climb.</span><span></span></li><li><span>Warehouse/Yard Material Handler – Rental</span><span></span></li><li><span>Must lift objects and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.</span><span></span></li><li><span>PPE hearing protection, safety glasses, hard hat and safety steel toe shoes are required.</span><span></span></li><li><span>Exposed to outside inclement weather conditions including rain, heat, cold, and snow.</span><span></span></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>You can reach me at 734-418-0075 for further details.<br /></p>",
