The focus of this position is on dashboard development, report maintenance, and data storytelling rather than advanced data science or model development.</p><p>The ideal candidate enjoys working with data to uncover trends, support decision-making, and enhance customer and business visibility. This role will contribute to ongoing reporting needs while supporting ad-hoc analytical requests across multiple business lines, including marketing, operations, and client experience teams.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Support the Senior Data Analyst with data collection, validation, and preparation from relational data sources.</p></li><li><p>Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and usability.</p></li><li><p>Design and develop new visual reports and dashboards that clearly communicate trends, performance metrics, and business insights.</p></li><li><p>Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to support analysis related to customer behavior, acquisition, retention, product performance, and revenue opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Assist with ad-hoc analysis requests, translating business questions into meaningful visual outputs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure data presented to stakeholders is consistent, reliable, and aligned with business definitions.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to documentation and reporting standards to promote consistency and ease of use across the organization.</p></li><li><p>Support a culture of data-driven decision-making by delivering insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, marketing analytics, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>3&#8211;5 years of professional experience in a data analysis, reporting, or analytics-focused role.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience using Tableau for dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization (1&#8211;3 years).</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of relational databases and structured data concepts.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Prior experience supporting analytics in banking, financial services, or a regulated industry.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to marketing analytics, customer experience reporting, or performance measurement frameworks.</p></li></ul>",
