What You'll Be Doing We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in New York with a focus on the Diversified Industrials & Services sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is keen to work hard in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at one time. Experience running sell-side M&A transactions is a must. What We're Looking For Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions. Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities. Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings. What You'll Bring Client Skills: Able to win the confidence of clients; sensitive to clients' needs in both anticipating and delivering upon requests; able to build strong, long-term business relationships. Time Management: Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities; able to follow through and meet deadlines; able to manage expectations appropriately; able to use firm's resources efficiently. Teamwork: Works well within assigned project teams; accessible to and respectful of all team members, regardless of relative seniority; willing to train and mentor others; strives to be a value added resource to other groups throughout the firm. Work Ethic and Attitude: Dedicated to accomplishing goals; willing to take on additional responsibilities to produce outstanding work; strives for excellence; maintains a positive attitude through stressful situations. Education & Experience Minimum Required: Bachelors' degree Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience Licenses & Credentials Minimum Required: FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) Systems & Technology Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Compensation Range Salary: USD $250,000.00/Yr. - USD $250,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
