Eagleville Hospital is a 305-bed, independent, non-profit addictions and behavioral health treatment and educational organization located on a beautifully wooded 40-acre campus in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with easy access to highways and the Southeastern Pennsylvania area, including Philadelphia.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Food Production Manager 3 </strong>at this location will oversee food production, quality, safety, sanitation, and<strong> </strong>patient trayline. The process used is designed to ensure food is prepped, cooked, and cooled following all health code guidelines while simultaneously meeting and exceeding established quality standards.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;  </li>\n <li>ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented; </li>\n <li>have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;  </li>\n <li>ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or </li>\n <li>have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
