The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of direct weapons systems experience, either as a military operator or senior analyst within a weapons program office, and provides subject-matter expertise across technology maturation, acquisition planning, test and evaluation, and operational integration.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and execute weapons roadmapping efforts, aligning advanced capabilities with program priorities, operational needs, and acquisition strategies</li>\n<li>Provides senior-level support to advanced capability roadmapping, including development, roadmap execution and transition planning, production, and alignment of suppliers to program needs</li>\n<li>Analyze and integrate programmatic, technical, and operational data to inform long-range weapons planning decisions</li>\n<li>Support acquisition lifecycle activities, including requirements definition, milestone planning, and risk assessment</li>\n<li>Coordinate with government program offices, test organizations, and industry partners to ensure alignment of supplier capabilities with program needs</li>\n<li>Provide expert analytical support for test and evaluation planning and operational integration of weapons </li>\n<li>Prepare and brief senior leadership on roadmapping outcomes and strategic recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience with weapons systems as either: A military operator, or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program office</li>\n<li>Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the last 12 months with no adverse findings</li>\n<li>Ability to work full-time in a classified environment and manage multiple high-priority taskers</li>\n<li>SAP experience within the last three (3) years</li>\n<li>Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Contact:</span></p>\n<p>[email protected]</p>\n<p><a href=\"http://www.2circleinc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.2circleinc.com</a></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">People first!</span></p>\n<p>Others say it: At 2 Circle, we live it every day.
