We’d love for you to join our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>B&amp;A is looking for a <strong>Risk and Compliance analyst</strong> to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking a <strong>Gap Analyst / Requirements Analyst</strong> to support the transition of programs into <strong>DoD Programs of Record</strong>. This role focuses on requirements analysis, capability assessments, and documentation aligned with DoD acquisition and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in <strong>JCIDS</strong>, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation to ensure program alignment with operational and mission needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct <strong>requirements analysis</strong> and <strong>capability-based assessments</strong> to identify gaps and support program maturation into a DoD Program of Record.</li><li>Develop, analyze, and maintain <strong>requirements documentation</strong> aligned with mission objectives and acquisition frameworks.</li><li>Apply <strong>JCIDS (Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System)</strong> processes to define, validate, and refine operational requirements.</li><li>Utilize <strong>requirements management tools</strong> to track, manage, and maintain requirement lifecycle activities.</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)</strong> to ensure full alignment between requirements, capabilities, and deliverables.</li><li>Produce <strong>capability development documents</strong> and support DoD governance processes.</li><li>Engage with <strong>stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams</strong> to gather, validate, and refine requirements.</li><li>Perform <strong>gap analyses</strong> to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and required outcomes.</li><li>Provide <strong>technical writing support</strong> for program documentation, reports, and briefings.</li><li>Support alignment with <strong>DoD acquisition frameworks and governance processes</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field<br> <strong>OR</strong></li><li>Minimum of <strong>5 years of experience in requirements analysis</strong> or related discipline</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have demonstrated experience in developing requirements documentation, conducting gap analyses, and aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.</li><li>Experience with requirements traceability matrices, capability development documentation, and DoD governance processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Lean Six, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, or CBAP.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A US Citizen willing to obtain a government clearance.&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>More About B&amp;A:</strong></p><p><em><strong>Notable Clients</strong></em><br>B&amp;A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
