While maintaining meal records and training others assigned to kitchen responsibilities.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><strong>Wage:&#160;</strong>$17.83 per hour, no benefits, variable schedule, as needed, up to 19.5 hours per week</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Coordinates with supervisor the preparation of meals for the 24/7 residential facility.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Serves meals to residents and staff in accordance with court security policies and procedures.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Cleans kitchen area&#160;and utensils used in preparation of meals.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assists in training residents and staff assigned to work in the kitchen.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Assists in maintaining food inventory, record keeping&#160;and ordering food.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\">Performs duties for food service supervisor as required in supervisor's&#160;absence.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><strong>Education: </strong>High school graduation or GED equivalent required.<br>Previous health and nutrition coursework desired.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><strong>Experience: </strong>One year of experience in food service and food safety desired.<br><br><strong>License:</strong> Valid Michigan Driver's License required.<br><br><a href=\"https://www.allegancounty.org/home/showpublisheddocument/16430/638817891368170000\">View entire job description</a></span></span></p><p></p>",
