  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Ability to perform CNC Level 1 &amp; 2 requirements</li><li><!--block-->Operate all CNC Equipment (mills/lathes)</li><li><!--block-->Set-up and operate equipment per MO requirements using the following; blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, reference planes, locations of surfaces.</li><li><!--block-->Changes tool inserts as required to maintain part specifications and monitor tool usage and wear.</li><li><!--block-->Must have a good working knowledge of M &amp; G Codes</li><li><!--block-->Ability to be trained to enter work orders into the Maintenance system.</li><li><!--block-->Configures CNC by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets and prove part programs.</li><li><!--block-->Loads machine with work pieces and verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces.</li><li><!--block-->Maintains specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; editing programs; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.</li><li><!--block-->Accomplishes organization goals by offering improvement opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality</li><li><!--block-->Works with higher level CNC associates to troubleshoot, set-up and machine new products</li><li><!--block-->Works with lower CNC levels to guide and coach them on higher skilled tasks.</li><li><!--block-->Works with supervision and leads to assure the equipment is safe, tooling on-hand and assisting in keeping the equipment in operation to meet schedule requirements</li><li><!--block-->Perform basic service checks per documented procedures(check and add coolant and oils as required)</li></ul><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</div><div><!--block-->&nbsp;</div><div><!--block--><br></div>",
